During her time working in higher education and the start-up industry, Dr. Anna discovered a great passion for helping organizations maximize employee engagement while guiding them toward organizational success. She is motivated by the change process and naturally guides others through change resistance. Dr. Anna is often found brainstorming, solving problems, or having meaningful conversations with those around her.
While she is experienced in several topics, Dr. Anna is the greatest example of a lifelong learner. She earned a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, with and emphasis on transformation and change. She also holds a Masters of Science in Counseling and Student Development. Anna is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with over 12 years of Gallup experience as well as a certified MBTI practitioner.
