I've witnessed Anna Hunter conceptualize and implement strategic and creative solutions to complex problems facing student affairs / higher education in volatile circumstances. For instance, her innovative programming for our university has engaged thousands of students in positive meaning-making interactions that benefit their personal and educational development. This has been instrumental in creating a sense of belonging in a time fueled by isolation and uncertainty. I highly recommend Anna for any project that requires a revision and implementation of highly effective processes, anticipation of various obstacles, and management and oversight of strategies that align with the organization's highest values. 

Anna is a true leader. I am fortunate to work with Anna in Student Life at Texas Woman’s University and to collaborate with her on programs and on the Student Life Planning committee. Anna is innovative, adaptable (especially in COVID pandemic times) and creative in her programming and marketing for students. She excels at looking at all the details of a program and thinking through possible challenges and outcomes. Anna is highly skilled at leadership development and incorporating her knowledge of Gallup Strengths and MBTI in program development and leadership training. Anna brings contagious energy and enthusiasm to all that she does and she would be an amazing addition to any organization. 

I had the privilege to work with Anna on several initiatives at Collin College. She is truly one of the most impressive people I have worked with. She is able to take initiative and lead while also accepting influence from others. Her work ethic, attitude and enthusiasm cultivate a productive and positive work environment. It was an honor to work with her and it is with the utmost enthusiasm that I endorse and recommend her. 

It is with great respect and pleasure to endorse Anna Hunter, a dear friend and esteemed colleague. Always in her work, Anna is dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, and consistent with her work and service to students and others in higher education. 

During our tenure at Collin College, Anna served as the Assistant Director for the Student Life Office at Collin College in Plano, Texas, and one of her primary duties was to develop student programs and provide leadership to the student organizations. The Student Life Office grew under her leadership and hard work. She set a vision and a high standard, and she committed herself to think outside the box and developing new, creative ways to serve students.  

Anna established strong relationships with other programs and departments at the college and worked diligently with them to serve their student populations. One of the things I admired about her the most is that Anna did more than her assigned duties. She truly loves students, so she went above and beyond. Working with students in higher education is her passion—her life’s work.  

Anna exhibits this passion every day. I, as well as others, saw this in how she led, advised, and served students, one-on-one and in group settings; how she taught students in workshops with vigor; how she disseminated information in orientations, and workshops; how she used many opportunities to grow and develop as an educator through professional development opportunities; how she read and sought knowledge to not only gain knowledge for herself but to establish best practices for coaching and advising students; and how she came to work every day with a fervor for serving students. My admiration for Anna is because, regardless of how stressful or exhausting the duties were, she never faltered in her work with students. She always put them first; she is self-less.  

I am honored to have worked with Anna. She has a strong commitment to students and others, and she shares that commitment and passion with others. Anna Hunter has incredible, creative energy and a refreshing idealism tempered to accomplish what needs to be done. I highly recommend her for any position or any other capacity in which she can spread her passion, intelligence, dedication, excitement as well as share her talents with others. 

I had the privilege of working alongside Anna for two years while she was serving as the Assistant Director of Student Life at Collin College. Anna is one of the most enthusiastic individuals that I know, bringing new and exciting ideas to any project in which she is involved. Her detail-oriented thought process works to ensure that all contingencies are addressed, and she looks at any project with a "what if" approach, never fearing to be bold and to try new approaches. She easily shifts between being a leader and being a team member, depending on the need of the situation. You will not find a more dedicated professional than Anna, and I am confident that she will be an asset to whatever group she works with in the future! 

I can't say enough positive things about Anna. She is highly motivated, resourceful, and enthusiastic. Anna radiates positivity in the workplace and lifts everyone to want to do better. She often took the lead at the college in new and exciting ways to engage with students and the community. Any workplace would be blessed to have her on their team. 

I was lucky enough to work under Anna's supervision as a student assistant. She is highly creative, driven and motivated individual. She always had that "contagious" energy that inspired all of us to do better and be better. The life advices I received from her were one the best.
